About Us
We have been married for several decades. We were both born in Kentucky. Our first job took us to Minnesota for a few years. We have lived in Arkansas since 1993 and in the Fort Smith region since 2002.
McClure Professional Services is headquartered in the Fort Smith region of Arkansas’ River Valley. We serve so many excellent organizations in our area. We are also available to travel the country to bring our unique and effective services to you and your team, wherever you are.
Our Career
We both graduated from high school in Kentucky and met at Berea College in Berea, KY. Throughout our career we have developed leaders and built teams for many diverse organizations. We officially formed McClure Professional Services in 2006 and in October, 2017 we began to focus on full-time speaking, facilitation, and coaching.
The bottom line for Phillip professionally is that he is a speaker and trainer/facilitator and Theresa is a master administrator, researcher, and CFO of MPS. We love motivating and inspiring people and teams!
